• Footwear
  • For best results, please make sure you foot size is correctly measured and you notify us before purchasing any footwear.
  • 
1/ Simply stand on a sheet of white paper A4 or foolscap.
  • 2/ Get someone to trace your foot closely with a black marker, while standing and you have your body-weight on your foot, as the foot will will spread slightly when standing naturally.

  • 3/ Also measure your ankle circumference in either inches or centimetres.

4/ Write down and send these details by post to: BUDO-GEAR.COM, PO Box 411, Katoomba, NSW 2780 Australia, in advance of ordering and we will hold your measurements till you order, or notify you by email if we do not have stock to fit your size.

• Credit Or Debit Card

  You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use a Credit Card and you DO NOT need to create a PayPal account to use a Credit Card. PayPal will automatically process Direct Debit payments for Credit and Debit Cards using the most up to date and secure encryption methods currently available. As you process your purchase, the shopping cart will automatically take you to PayPal's secure server. Select: "Pay with Credit Card" option and click "Continue" to use any valid Credit or Debit Card. PayPal will promptly and securely process your Credit or Debit Card transaction with your bank.   Budo-Gear uses PayPal as secure third-party payment gateway to process your payments. You can pay by either Credit Card or PayPal. If you have a PayPal account select: "Log In" to PayPal and take it from there.
• What If I Make a Mistake in Payment or Postage?

  If your payment is insufficient we will send you a PayPal request for the balance. Simply follow the prompts.
  
  If you paid too much for any reason we will refund you.

Coupons

• About Coupons

  Coupons make discounts available on purchases. Coupons are not issued automatically but must be requested. If you consider that you qualify for permanent discounts, you must Contact Us to apply for the relevant discount.

  There are two types of coupon:

  * Permanent Coupons: Permanent Coupons are only made available to qualifying customers on application and can be used as often as the customer wants shops at Budo-Gear.

  * Gift Coupons: Anyone can buy a Gift Coupon at any time. Gift Coupons expire after use or one year, whichever comes first.

• Gift Or Prepaid Coupons
  Gift Coupons are prepaid to the value issued at their purchase. For example; if you buy a $10 gift Coupon, then $10 will be deducted from the purchase price when a purchase is made using that particular coupon. You may purchase a Gift Coupon to use later or to give to someone. Contact Us to buy a Coupon and we will provide you with your discount in advance. When you submit your Coupon Code in the Shopping Cart field requesting it, the amount in full will automatically be deducted from the total purchase price of your goods and will appear in the Checkout Total.

  Gift Coupons expire after use, or after one year from issue if not used. Coupon discounts do not include postage/shipping costs. Please Note: Gift Coupons expire on use. You cannot partly use a Gift Coupon. The purchase must be for the entire amount on the coupon or more. Please make sure to spend the full amount of that coupon, as there will be no refund on Gift Coupons incorrectly used.

• Permanent Coupons

  A few simple steps is all it takes.

  1/ First you will need to Contact Us and establish that you meet the qualifying criteria. (For example; you own a retail store that sells martial arts uniforms and equipment, represent a martial arts organisation, a dojo, club, etc.)

  2/ Once it is established that you qualify, we will inform you of the percentage scale which you will be entitled to.

  3/ You will be provided with a Coupon Code which you may use with your purchases. You should protect this and if written down, keep it in a safe place.

  4/ When processing your on-line purchases, you will find a field requesting a Coupon Code in the Shopping Cart.

  5/ Simply enter your Coupon Code and continue shopping.

  6/ The relevant discount or amount will automatically be deducted each time you purchase.

  7/ Permanent Coupons are not transferable and will not be offered retrospectively. In the event of mususe of discount priviliges, Budo-Gear reserves the right to permanently cancel a coupon without notice or explanation.

  Remember, to qualify, you must be either a retail store, a martial arts organisation, a dojo, club, or a family. Individuals who have been regular customers over time will be offered a coupon when they meet our criteria.

• Who Qualifies For Coupon Discounts?

  Permanent Discount Coupons may be isssued to qualifying retail stores, organisations, dojos, clubs, families and individuals who have been regular customers over time. Anyone can buy a Gift Coupon. These cannot be cancelled and expire only after being used or one year from date of issue if not used. You may give a Gift Coupon to anyone.

  We only collect limited personal information about you that we consider necessary to provide you with a smooth efficient and safe trading experience; such as your contact details, delivery and e-mail address. This allows us to better meet your needs, expedite delivery and streamline our services to make your experience safer and easier. We do not give out or share any of your private information and it cannot be accessed by spammers.
• Security

  Budo-Gear uses a third-party payment gateway to process your payments making it impossible for your credit information to be seen. We do not at any time receive your credit card details and they cannot be stored on our servers. All financial tranactions are securely handled through PayPal's secure gateway to your bank.
